Return Merchandise Authorization Form

Our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process must be followed in order for parts to be considered for exchange.


Steps of the RMA Process:

Re-read the Terms of Use and the Warranty & Returns that you agreed to when placing your order.

  1. Fill out and submit the form below
  2. Quality Cellular Parts Customer Service will contact you with the return shipping address and a RMA number. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on your returned package in order for us to consider the parts for exchange or refund. Once you have received your RMA number, you must mail the parts within 7 days. All items mailed after 7 days of receiving a RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
  3. Once we receive the returned items, Quality Cellular Parts will inspect the items for any defects and to make sure the part is the correct one that you ordered. If Quality Cellular Parts finds that the parts you received were defective or incorrect through no fault of your own, then we will immediately ship you replacement parts. In instances where replacement parts are not available, you will be issued a credit towards the purchase of other items.
  4. After the parts have undergone professional inspection and testing and have been found to be damaged, modified, incorrectly installed, or are found not to be defective, the RMA will be denied and it is the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping back to their location.
