Warranty and Returns
All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement within 365 days from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover physically damaged merchandise. The warranty covers the defective part only. Quality Cellular Parts is not responsible for any labor costs relating to the installation of any part.
All warranty replacements are required to have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Return Authorization Number Request (RMA)
If product purchased from Quality Cellular Parts does not function properly (physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage are excluded) within 365 days from the original purchase date, you may initiate an RMA for an exchange or refund request.
0 - 120 Days:
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for exchange or refund within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the original purchase date. For items that are returned for a refund where you have ordered in error or where you have changed your mind and no longer want the item, refunded amount will be your purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received from us.
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for an exchange only. No refunds will be given after one hundred and twenty (120) days from the original purchase date.
No refunds or exchanges after 365+ days from the Original Purchase date.
Received Defective Parts
•DOA, Dead on Arrival:
Please refuse the package (from the courier) if it looks like it has been opened or is visibly damaged, and contact us to let us know. If you have accepted a damaged package and the products inside are physically damaged or non-functioning, please open an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of receipt on our website. You will need to provide the information listed below in the RMA within that 14 day period after you have received the package so that we may file a claim with the shipment carrier in a timely manner:
•Pictures of the front and back of the shipment box.
•Pictures of the front and back of the product that has physical damages.
Note: Failure to provide information regarding DOA (Dead on Arrival) item within 14 days upon receipt will cause the RMA to be denied.
Wrong parts ordered
•Customer ordered wrong parts:
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees. The refund given will be your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping fees that you paid at the time of purchase are non refundable. Your refund will be given after we have received and tested the product.
Wrong parts received
•Customer received incorrect parts:
If you have received an incorrect item, please take 2 clear photos of the incorrect item, and open an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) on our website. We will verify the error and fix it as quickly as possible. RMA processing time is within 2 business days. If it has been over 2 business days and you have not received a response from us, please send an email to email@example.com or call us at the phone number listed at the top of this website.
Unfortunately, some customers have abused our generous return, warranty, and other policies. Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to customers who abuse our policies.
These policies are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Following terms applies to all refunds and exchange.
•All item(s) being returned must be in original condition with packaging, unused, and undamaged. Otherwise, the RMA will be denied.
•All item(s) that have been returned without first receiving RMA approval will be denied.
•Item(s) being returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outside of the package will cause a delay with us processing your return.
•All item(s), unless otherwise specified in the product listing, have a warranty period of 365 days from the original purchase date. If no warranty is mentioned in the product listing, the warranty is 365 days. The RMA will be denied if the product is over the 365 day warranty period.
